Seaside's boutique hotel picks up American Society of Landscape Architects awards for excellence and sustainability. When Seaside opened up The Court, a fully renovated version of its iconic vintage motor court previously known as the No Tell Motel, folks flocked from all over to visit the beachside boutique hotel. And now, The Court isn’t only winning over vacationers, it’s also picking up awards.
Isaac Stein and Maggie Tsang’s Houston-based landscape architecture and urban design studio, Dept., won two American Society of Landscape Architects Florida Design Awards for its work on The Court. Stein and Tsang took home the award of excellence and the award of environmental sustainability. “We are honored and so grateful to be recognized,” Stein wrote.
The modern coastal boutique hotel features Serena & Lily furniture, innovative landscaping thanks to palms and palmettos decorating the central courtyard, and unbeatable Gulf views.
