Maintenance Technician – Full Time

The Maintenance Technician will utilize their skills and knowledge of building maintenance principles and methods. Responsibilities include changing light fixtures, filter changes, maintaining the grounds (including trash pick-up), and common areas. Additional responsibilities may include lock repairs, installing/repairing window coverings, caulking, electrical power usage, light plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and HVAC. The Maintenance Technician will have basic skills in using tools such as electric drills & saws, volt meter, power drain cleaner (snake), ladders, etc.

Requirements:

  • Previous maintenance experience in commercial, residential, hotel, or school.
  • Passing the driver’s check, background check, and drug screen is required.
  • Electrical experience requested.

Events Coordinator

Position Summary

The Event Coordinator supports the Event Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of town events and venue activities. This role focuses on administrative, logistical, and operational support to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently. The Event Coordinator works under the direction of the Event Manager and collaborates with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders to assist in delivering high-quality events.

1. Event Operations & Coordination Support

Assist the Event Manager with event logistics and coordination, including but not limited to:

  • Prepare and update function sheets for town events
  • Assist with event layouts, timelines, and vendor contact coordination
  • Support submission and tracking of county permitting requirements
  • Assist with life safety documentation and event readiness
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department (as directed) on:
    • Weather-related announcements
    • Event signage
    • Email communications
  • Utilize event-related technology, productivity software, and communication tools
  • Support communication across departments to ensure event alignment
  • Complete event-related errands and logistical support tasks
  • Provide general Arts & Entertainment (A&E) event support, including on-site assistance

2. Program & Event Support

Provide support to the Event Manager in program-related initiatives, including:

Assist with merchant audit preparation and documentation

Support education initiatives and signage coordination

Assist in preparing presentation materials and content

Support guest survey distribution and collection

3. Administrative Support

Provide administrative and organizational support to ensure efficient event operations: Prepare and organize event-related documentation

Maintain accurate records and filing systems

Assist with tracking event details, timelines, and deliverables

Qualifications

Experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Proficiency in standard office and event management software

Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively in a team environment

Working Conditions

Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as required for events

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

On-site event support required

Occasional local travel for event-related tasks

Role Clarification

All responsibilities are performed under the direction of the Event Manager

The Event Coordinator supports execution and administration but does not oversee or independently manage events

Final decisions, approvals, and strategic direction remain the responsibility of the Event Manager

Club Attendant – Seaside Athletic Club 

Part-Time and Full-Time Seasonal

Seaside Athletic Club is seeking an energetic, guest-focused Club Attendant to support daily operations across our swim, tennis, and fitness facilities. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and engaging with members in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service to members and guests
  • Monitor swim, tennis, and fitness areas to ensure proper usage
  • Assist with check-ins, event registrations, and member inquiries
  • Perform light cleaning and maintain facility appearance
  • Participate in opening/closing duties
  • Support club events
  • Follow health, safety, and compliance standards
  • Maintain CPR/AED certification

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferred (2+ years ideal)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally)

Camp Seaside Counselor 

Seasonal Summer Program

Seaside Athletic Club is looking for enthusiastic Camp Seaside Counselors who are responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and well-supervised environment for children ages 5–12 participating in a summer day camp program. Counselors lead indoor and outdoor activities while supporting the camp’s safety, security, and behavioral expectations. This position requires professionalism, a high level of responsibility, and positive interaction with children and families. Camp Seaside counselors must be available mid-May for training and preparation for camp and are required to be available for work from May 25th through July 31st. 

Required Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a Level 2 Background Check (Florida requirement)
  • Current CPR Certification (Adult & Pediatric)
  • Ability to supervise children ages 5–12
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

  • First Aid Certification
  • Prior experience working with children
  • Education or training in recreation, education, or child development
Starting Pay Rate: $20/hour
