Security Officer – Full Time
Seaside Community Development Corporation is looking for a Security Officer who is customer service-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills. A background in security, safety, and security patrol is a plus for this position. A good candidate would possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly. Must have good verbal communication skills. This position requires courteous and professional interaction with every guest and team member.

Starting Pay Rate – $23.45 Per-Hour

Parking Ambassador
Seaside Community Development Corporation is looking for a Paid Parking Ambassador who is customer service-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills. A background in traffic management is a plus for this position. A good candidate would possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly. Must have good verbal communication skills. This position requires courteous and professional interaction with every guest and team member.
As a parking ambassador, you will play a vital role in ensuring positive experiences for visitors by assisting parking facilities and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patrons with parking needs, enforce regulations, and contribute to the overall flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
