The Seaside Commercial District offers a thriving town center along County Highway 30A. SEASIDE® is acclaimed worldwide as one of the iconic examples of New Urbanism, with all shopping and dining being within walkable distance of homes, cottages, and offices. The community consists of more than 400 homes, many of them vacation rentals. It offers over 20 restaurants and eateries and over 30 shops, galleries, and services. SEASIDE® provides an ideal environment for businesses looking to cultivate growth, engage with a diverse customer base, and become part of a lively, year-round destination.
We are inviting proposals from forward-thinking and innovative businesses interested in joining our community for upcoming lease opportunities. We are excited to offer businesses (retail and F&B) the chance to secure a coveted spot in a location that draws locals and tourists alike.
