Yoga at The Court Seaside, Florida

Spring Into Fitness

From yoga to cornhole, it’s the best season to workout

Now that spring is in the air, it’s time to get outside again when it comes to your workout. It’s no longer necessary to bring your fitness indoors, since you can try yoga by the beach, play cornhole, or even opt for beach volleyball.

Yoga is back in Seaside starting on March 3 until Halloween. Vinyasa yoga classes are held at 8:30 in the morning daily unless there’s inclement weather. Please bring your own mat or towel to Seaside Pavilion, which is located right behind the Pop-Up District with sparkling views of the Gulf. You don’t need to register in advance, just arrive a few minutes before class to get settled. Classes cost $25 via Venmo, cash, or check. Beach volleyball is also back. Swim and Tennis is thrilled to offer complimentary beach volleyball at the Coleman Pavilion Beach every Thursday and Friday from 5 to 7 p.m., weather permitting. Everyone’s welcome to spike, serve and socialize. Plus, players get a ticket to redeem for $5 off beer buckets at The Shrimp Shack or Pickle’s Sandbar.

There’s also exciting changes happening at the fitness center, so stay tuned to learn more this summer.
