Summer Fun and Fitness in SEASIDE®

Seaside Swim + Tennis Club is full of activity right now with our walking club, volleyball, group fitness classes and swim lessons. 

Our weekly activities include the following:

Mondays

Core Express

7:30 – 8:30 a.m., Assembly Hall

This fast-paced, 45-minute class is designed to target and strengthen your core muscles, improve posture and enhance stability. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, modifications are offered to meet all fitness levels. Expect a mix of floor exercises, dynamic movements and bodyweight routines, all designed to increase muscle endurance and tone your midsection. Fees apply.

Walking Club 

7 – 8 a.m., meet at the Post Office

Join our walking club for a fun and social way to stay active. This group fitness activity is perfect for individuals of all fitness levels who enjoy walking at a comfortable pace, whether you’re looking to improve your overall health, get outside or simply meet new people.

Water Aerobics 

8:30 – 9:30 a.m., West Pool

This fun, low-impact class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility, all while taking advantage of the natural resistance of water. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced swimmer, water aerobics offers a full-body workout that’s gentle on the joints, making it ideal for individuals with arthritis, joint pain, or those looking for a softer, yet effective, alternative to land-based exercises.  If you’re looking to improve your fitness, recover from an injury, or enjoy a refreshing workout, this class offers a great way to stay active and have fun in the pool. Fees apply.

Beach Volleyball 

4:30 – 6:30 p.m., Coleman Pavilion

Join us for a fun and casual game of Beach Volleyball, where the focus is on having a great time, enjoying the outdoors and getting active. No experience is required, and the pace is relaxed, so all skill levels are welcome. If you’re looking to improve your fitness, develop your volleyball skills or just enjoy a day at the beach, this recreational activity offers a great way to unwind and stay active. 

 Wednesday

Total Body Sculpt 

7:30 – 8:30 a.m., Assembly Hall

This high-energy, full-body workout focuses on strengthening and sculpting every major muscle group. The class combines strength training with cardiovascular movements, making it an excellent choice for increasing lean muscle mass, boosting metabolism, and improving endurance. Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, the exercises are adaptable to suit all fitness levels. Fees apply.

 Fridays

Meditative Movement 

9 – 10 a.m., Assembly Hall

This unique class blends gentle, flowing movements with mindfulness practices to cultivate inner peace and physical relaxation. The focus is on connecting breath with motion, allowing participants to experience a sense of calm and balance while gently stretching and strengthening the body. The exercises are designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and posture while reducing stress and increasing overall body awareness. It’s ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful, low-impact workout that nurtures both body and mind. Fees apply.

  • Mommy and Me lessons (May through September): 
    • Ages 6 months-2 years 
    • 6:1 ratio class 
    • 30 minutes 
    • $20/lesson (Recommend a package of 5 for $90)
  • Fast track lessons (May 26 through Aug. 4): 
    • Ages 3-12 
    • 3:1 ratio class 
    • 45 minutes 
    • $140/week (4 days/week)

 Camp Seaside:

Mondays at the tennis/pickleball courts, 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.

Ages 5 to 12 – Must have a parent present – No drop-offs – $15/child

Join us for an exciting afternoon of tennis and pickleball designed just for kids! Whether they’re first-timers or future champions, campers will enjoy skill-building games, fun drills, and friendly play. Our pro instructors will be present to assist in the fun.

What to Bring: Tennis shoes, water bottle, and plenty of energy. You may bring your own paddles or rackets, but it is not mandatory.

 Tuesdays, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., Central Square

All ages – Pop-up Pickleball – Free to all who want to play.

 Wednesdays, 10 – 11:30 a.m., Central Square

Tie-Dye Camp Seaside Shirts – $25 for infant/toddler shirts, $30 for youth/adult shirts

Get ready to swirl, splash and dye. At our tie-dye shirt activation, campers become wearable artists as they create their very own colorful Camp Seaside T-shirts. With a rainbow of vibrant dyes and creative folding techniques, each shirt becomes a one-of-a-kind masterpiece — just like every camper.

What to Expect:

  • Step-by-step guidance from friendly counselors
  • Bright, washable dyes safe for kids
  • Drying and take-home instructions provided
  • A keepsake shirt to remember Camp Seaside forever 

What to Bring: Clothes that can get messy, and your creative spirit.

 Thursdays, 10 a.m. – noon, Central Square 

Camp Seaside Scavenger Hunt 

Calling all curious campers! The Camp Seaside scavenger hunt is an exciting journey through our vibrant beach town, filled with fun clues, local landmarks and hidden surprises. Kids will team up, follow a custom clue sheet, and race to find special spots and treasures — all while learning about Seaside’s coolest corners.

What’s in Store:

  • A fun, kid-friendly clue sheet 
  • Prizes for completed cards and extra spirit 

What to Bring: Comfy shoes, water bottle, and eagle eyes.

It’s part treasure hunt, part town tour — and 100 percent Camp Seaside fun!
