Managed Parking and Shuttle Services to Return to SEASIDE® for 2026

As families and friends plan their vacations along 30A this year, SEASIDE® is preparing for another lively season filled with guests enjoying our award-winning shopping, dining, and events. If you are planning a day trip, biking into town, or utilizing our complimentary shuttle service, SEASIDE® offers convenient options to make your visit seamless and enjoyable.

Managed Parking Program Begins Saturday, March 1, 2026
Starting Sunday, March 1, 2025, SEASIDE®’s managed parking program will return, with hourly rates paired with our complimentary Seaside Shuttle. This program ensures visitors have access to well-managed parking while reducing congestion. Like in previous years, hourly rates will vary along Smolian Circle and other designated parking spots based on the day, occupancy levels, and town events. These rates are designed to maintain proper vacancy levels, allowing for an efficient and fair parking experience for all guests.

Simplified Parking Process
Upon arrival, visitors will notice marked signs around Smolian Circle and other designated locations indicating paid parking zones. To make parking even more convenient, SEASIDE® offers a Text-To-Pay option. This service allows guests to pay for parking with a quick text, making the process even faster and easier. Like last year, guests can also use the Passport Parking App to pay. We recommend downloading the Passport Parking App in advance, which can be found here.

For guests staying in SEASIDE® Town Center, vacation rental agencies will provide parking passes for designated areas during your stay.

Complimentary Shuttle Service
SEASIDE®’s complimentary shuttle service will again be available for employees, guests, and locals. The shuttle will operate daily from 6 a.m. to midnight, running three shuttles at all times. Guests can park at the designated SEASIDE® lot located off Hwy. 331 S., just past the Sanctuary at 331 Apartment Complex, and be conveniently dropped off under the Lyceum Archway in the heart of SEASIDE®.

The managed parking initiative results from years of research, feedback, and collaboration. It was implemented to address growing parking challenges along 30A while enhancing the visitor experience. Parking proceeds directly fund the complimentary shuttle and other parking-related expenses.

How easy is it to pay for parking?
It’s simple! First-time visitors can text the number on the designated signage to pay or scan a QR code, download the app, and input their details. Returning users can quickly pay using their saved accounts.
