Fall Fitness

Keep active with tons of heart-healthy activities in town

Director, Seaside Swim + Tennis Club

It’s been a fantastic summer at the Seaside Swim + Tennis Club, filled with activity, energy and community spirit across all of our programs. From splashes in the pool to movement in the fitness studio, members of all ages have been enjoying everything the club has to offer.

Swim Lessons and Camp Seaside 

Our swim lessons have been one of the most popular offerings of the summer, with strong participation from all age groups. We’re excited to announce that another series of swim lessons will continue in early fall and conclude at the end of September. Camp Seaside activations have also brought incredible energy and excitement to the club, providing our younger members with fun, engaging experiences. 

Fitness and Wellness

Group fitness classes remain in full swing in the assembly hall. Water aerobics continue on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, a refreshing way to stay active and cool during the warmer fall months. Personal training is available in our fitness center for members seeking individualized workouts and coaching. 

Club Facilities and Future Planning

Our new fitness center is progressing beautifully and will be a tremendous addition to our wellness offerings. Looking ahead, new membership packages for 2026 are being developed. These expanded options will include group fitness and other enhanced club experiences designed to meet the evolving needs of our members. We look forward to seeing you around the club as we enjoy the fall season together!
