friends enjoying waterfront dining at the Seaside beach

Customize your Seaside visit with these VIP experiences, from bonfires to waterfront dining

Spending time with friends and loved ones, while saving time on event planning, is what these new services offer, exclusively in Seaside. The specialty services of CC.Boone, Club Cabana Man, and Bud & Alley’s Waterfront Restaurant customize the VIP experience for guests.

CC.Boone

With a love for coastal travel, culinary arts and elegant settings, CC.Boone founder Caroline Boone earned her bachelor’s degree in hospitality management at the University of Arkansas. What stemmed from creating artful charcuterie boards and tablescapes at home has led her to a creative and culinary lifestyle on the coast. A master of hospitality, she offers services for those who want a next-level experience on the beach. “Our services are created to connect people to nature, that’s a big part of what I want, for people to feel connected to natural beauty,” Caroline says.

Pair Caroline’s expertise with the beauty of Seaside, and you’ve got an ideal partnership. “Seaside is the only private community we work with. That’s very exciting for us,” she says. “I would describe our settings as clean coastal vibes. Timeless and unique, just like Seaside.”

Services include aprés beach experiences, private chef dining, event design and to-go entertaining, creating atmospheres that nourish the soul, where memorable moments are made and connections are found. Every experience is a scene set to accentuate the beauty of the natural and simple all around.

Bonfire service for 10 to 45 people features a two-hour bonfire with an attendant, CC.Boone-branded chairs, umbrellas, tiki torches and an elegantly decorated table for any occasion. “Having a bonfire here is a special experience,” Caroline says. “Because it’s in a unique place, plus the shops and architecture add a whole other element.”

Saltwater Supper Club by CC.Boone offers a private chef dining experience. The three-course family-style dinner features a custom-printed framed menu, cloth napkins and a gorgeous tablescape with candles. A private chef and service staff cater to your every need. For a casual dinner, try the taco bar setup, which includes a spread, pre-batch margaritas, and all the eating utensils.

Start the best day of the bride’s life with a wedding day bridal breakfast. The service includes a framed menu, candles, florals, an avocado toast bar, a charcuterie board, baked goods, and pre-batched mimosas.

Beach yoga sessions are also on CC.Boone’s list of services. “We work with local instructors and provide mats and towels for a 45-minute session,” Caroline adds. “It’s a great way to start your day or slow down in the evening.”

Club Cabana Man

Larry Neville, the original Cabana Man, and his crew set up umbrellas and chairs on the beach each day at 9 a.m. to ensure everything is as it should be for the start of the day.

Ten Cabana Man beach chair sets marked the business’s beginning, Fourth of July weekend in 1986. Cabana Man Beach Services has now grown into a vacationer’s necessity, with more than 330 blue umbrellas standing as a welcoming and expected site along the powdery sand of Seaside’s beaches.

Club Cabana Man is a step up in experiencing the beach in Seaside, including towels, tables, and food and drink service. Food and beverages are available from Bud & Alley’s Waterfront Restaurant, Shrimp Shack or Pickle’s Sandbar. Lodging packages include The Club House, which has a 10 x 10 tent, umbrellas, beach chairs, and tables. Umbrella setups are also available for two to four people. Reservations can be made by calling (850) 231-5046.

Beach Dining by Bud & Alley’s

Located along the water’s edge, Bud & Alley’s Waterfront Restaurant is one of Northwest Florida’s most famous restaurants. Owner Dave Rauschkolb, a pioneer and visionary on the 30A restaurant scene says, “It is a rare opportunity, honor and privilege to be on the ground floor of a budding neighborhood. There were only five restaurants in the area when my former partner and chef Scott Witcoski and I first opened, and from the beginning, we made a conscious decision to create amazing, locally sourced food in an unpretentious setting.”

Bud & Alley’s has garnered numerous awards, including Florida Trend Magazine’s Golden Spoon Hall of Fame Award, an honor reserved for only 30 Florida restaurants.

New this summer, Bud & Alley’s offers beach dining through Sept. 30, 2023. The restaurant provides dining for Club Cabana Man customers from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, weather permitting. For something extra special, enjoy a five-star meal on the beach while watching the sun go down. Try the sunset dining service, which comes with a portable dining area, from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., just down from the Mahoney Walkover.
