Commercial Photography
SEASIDE® (Seaside Community Development Corporation) prohibits commercial photography within the commercial district, except that conducted by or for the Merchants of SEASIDE® or in partnership with SEASIDE®. All photography of products associated with brands other than SEASIDE® or the Merchants of SEASIDE® is included in this policy, which extends to self-promotion or promotion of businesses located outside of Seaside, Florida.
Please fill out the photography request form for consideration if you are interested in filming commercial photography/videography in Seaside’s Commercial District.
Non-Commercial
This type of photography and or filming is not-for-profit and for personal use only. Non-commercial photography is permitted within the SEASIDE® Commercial District. See below for examples of non-commercial photography. Approval is only required for commercial photography.
If you are a photographer and plan to submit your images for publication, please check the commercial policy outlined above.

Editorial/Media
Imagery will be used for editorial purposes including print, online, and broadcast outlets.

Real Estate
This type of photography and/or filming is for real estate agents and brokers looking to photograph one of their listings in Seaside, Florida. Agents and/or photographers shooting on behalf of agents need to fill out the application and receive approval to shoot. Photographers may not use images of Seaside for property listings outside of Seaside.

Important Rules
- Please email marketing@theseasidestyle.com if you have any additional questions.
- Drones are not permitted to fly over the commercial district.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for our staff to contact you regarding approval of your shoot.
- Shooting in the residential areas is subject to approval by Seaside Town Council, not affiliated with Seaside Community Development Corporation
- Please email photos to marketing@theseasidestyle.com for approval before using in any publication or Social Media platform.
- The Commercial District includes the Amphitheater, Central Square, and Coleman Pavilion beach access (dependent on season). Please email marketing@theseasidestyle.com for clarification on locations permitted to access.
