Wild’s Bill’s Beach Dog’s is a unique and cool Airstream trailer on Airstream Row in Seaside, Florida. Our trailer faces 30A and serves up gourmet-American Wagyu all beef hotdogs on a toasted New England style bun.
Our new menu features gourmet-American Wagyu hotdogs a variety of ways on the menu including the “Carolina Style”, “Americana” and “Chi-Town” to name a few. Grab a “fork and knife” dog and a local beer to cool off from the beach and enjoy the breeze.

In 1983, Bill and Heavenly Dawson bought a home in SEASIDE® and soon after opened Dawson’s Yogurt, one of the town’s very first businesses. Since 1988, Dawson’s Yogurt & Fudge has been serving sweet treats from the very same spot, making it the country’s longest-operating yogurt shop still in its original location.

Over the years, it’s become part of our ritual, an after-dinner stop, a post-beach treat, a cone in hand while strolling through town. Though the shop debuted a refreshed façade and updated interior last year, the tradition remains the same: satisfying SEASIDE®’s sweet tooth, one swirl at a time.

After 32 years, the Dawsons passed the torch of the five eateries they founded to the Beechers and the Fields, but their legacy still lives on in every visit. ❤️ #SeasideFL

Today, we remember Elizabeth Campbell, a gracious presence and an early contributor to the entrepreneurial spirit that helped shape our community.

In 1994, alongside her husband Bill, Elizabeth began McCaskill & Company with a small kiosk in Seaside. What started as a modest storefront grew over time, moving to new locations and becoming our area’s destination for fine jewelry. During their years in Seaside, they were part of a generation of Merchants who believed deeply in the vision of this special place, creating shops that invited gathering, conversation, and connection.

We are grateful for the season she shared with Seaside and for the lasting friendship that followed.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Bill, their family, and all who loved her.
