Seaside Athletic Club Housekeeper – Full-Time
Seaside Athletic Club is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms at pools, tennis and fitness center locations
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces and fitness equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of fitness center, pools, tennis facility, and common areas
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling throughout the club
- Follow Florida Department of Health sanitation standards
- Safely use and store cleaning chemicals
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation practices
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
Working Conditions
- Approximately 60-70% outdoor work
- Exposure to weather conditions and cleaning chemicals
- Regular standing and lifting (up to 20 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Schedule may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Seaside Athletic Club is seeking an energetic, guest-focused Club Attendant to support daily operations across our swim, tennis, and fitness facilities. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and engaging with members in a positive, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to members and guests
- Monitor swim, tennis, and fitness areas to ensure proper usage
- Assist with check-ins, event registrations, and member inquiries
- Perform light cleaning and maintain facility appearance
- Participate in opening/closing duties
- Support club events
- Follow health, safety, and compliance standards
- Maintain CPR/AED certification
Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred (2+ years ideal)

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Camp Seaside Counselor
Seasonal Summer Program
Seaside Athletic Club is looking for enthusiastic Camp Seaside Counselors who are responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and well-supervised environment for children ages 5–12 participating in a summer day camp program. Counselors lead indoor and outdoor activities while supporting the camp’s safety, security, and behavioral expectations. This position requires professionalism, a high level of responsibility, and positive interaction with children and families. Camp Seaside counselors must be available mid-May for training and preparation for camp and are required to be available for work from May 25th through July 31st.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Level 2 Background Check (Florida requirement)
- Current CPR Certification (Adult & Pediatric)
- Ability to supervise children ages 5–12
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
- First Aid Certification
- Prior experience working with children

Accounting Specialist – Accounts Receivable – Full Time
Bonus Incentive Based on Performance
To perform these jobs successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty:
- Maintain, reconcile & oversee the collection of the Company’s Accounts Receivable (utilizing ACCPAC Accounting Software).
- Oversee timely and accurate billing.
- Review related revenue and expense accounts for accuracy and proper cut-off for month-end closing.
- Reconcile Memberships payments and ensure aging reports are audited daily and weekly.
- Prepares weekly Management Reports showing the current status of collection efforts.
- Reconcile Credit cards and daily posting activities for the various departments.
- Establish cordial relationships with Members, guests, and the management team to ensure a smooth and positive work environment.
Tax Reconciliation
- Responsible for accurate reconciliation, establishing a system within the company to ensure accurate collection of sales tax, tax-exempt backup, and tax reporting.
Financial Reporting
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Assist the controller with the annual budget process.
General ledger accounting & reconciliation:
Reviews and records the following month-end entries:
- Direct bills
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Facility fees
- Membership Reports
- Reconciles general ledger accounts as assigned by the Controller. To include but not be limited to: Accounts Receivable/Payable Aging Reports and AR and AP Balance Sheet Accounts.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time by the Controller.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING REQUIRED FOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience of 2-years plus in a similar position.
- General Ledger knowledge/experience.
- 2 or 3 years of prior experience in the field.
- Advanced spreadsheet and reporting skills (Excel).
- Experience with QuickBooks Online Preferred.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
WORKING CONDITIONS FOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE:
- Occasional standing & light lifting up to 20 pounds is required. Prolonged visual attention is frequently required.

Accounting Specialist – Accounts Payable – Full Time

- Process bills for accurate and timely payment; avoid late fees and take advantage of discounts where appropriate.
- Check for proper approval and accurate G/L distribution.
- Review Invoices for proper Sales Tax charges – accrue taxes as necessary.
- Code vendor invoices for computer input.
- Input invoice data/receipt of invoice entry.
- Provide copies of invoices and backup for specific G/L accounts – distributed to appropriate staff.
- Print checks and prepare for mailing.
- Prepare manual checks and enter appropriately in A/P system.
- Maintain accounts payable files and records of checks.
- Prepare 1099’s.
- Recordkeeping of all vendor-required certificates and confirm that all is current before checks are issued.
- Reconcile Vendor statements.
- Research and resolve discrepancies.
- Navigate and troubleshoot Accounting systems.
Tax Filing
- Responsible for Sales Tax Reporting and reconciliation, establishing a system within the company to ensure accurate collection.
- Maintains Property Tax Records, Personal and Real Property. Prepares Personal Property Tax Return.
Fixed Asset and Capital Project Reporting
- Assist the controller as needed.
Financial Reporting
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Assist the controller with the annual budget process.
General ledger accounting & reconciliation:
Reviews and records the following month-end entries:
- Direct bills.
- Facility fees.
- Shared expenses for Commercial Properties.
- Shared expenses for Security.
- Gross Revenues accrual.
- Reconciles general ledger accounts as assigned by the Controller. To include but not be limited to:
Accounts Receivable/Payable Aging Reports.
AR and AP Balance Sheet Accounts.
Any other misc. fee that would have been paid after the current period.
Accrue all invoices that have not been booked prior to the closing of the period.
Assist the controller with the financial statement package.
Other duties as assigned from time to time by the Controller, to include rotation of accounting positions.

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Public Spaces Custodian to service commercial properties by collecting, transporting, and disposing of waste and recyclables. This role is physically demanding and requires being on your feet for most of the workday, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect trash and recyclable materials from commercial locations.
- Safely lift, carry, push, and pull trash containers and bags.
- Load and unload materials into collection vehicles or dumpsters.
- Maintain the cleanliness of service areas after collection.
- Follow established routes and schedules.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Report damaged containers, spills, or safety hazards.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Physical Requirements
- On your feet and moving for most of the workday.
- Frequent lifting (up to 50–75 lbs., with or without assistance).
