Dispatcher

Homeowners Collection currently has a Dispatch position available to act as the communication point for emergency and non-emergency phone calls. You will receive requests, transmit messages and track vendors, The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and be able to remain calm and composed, especially in urgent situations. You must be able to multitask as well as take appropriate action with little supervision.

Job Requirements:

Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information.
Address problems and requests by transmitting information.
Receive dispatch orders for vendors, employees and deliveries.
Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
Use phone, radio and computer to send vendors, employees and other crews to jobs.
Experience:
Fast typing data entry.
Sound Judgement.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
Active listener with excellent communication skills
Proficient in english (oral and written).
High school diploma or equivalent.

This position is full time year round with benefits. Starting salary is $19.00 per hour.

Cottage Host / Guest Service Agent

The primary duties of the Cottage Host are to assist guests with checking into their cottage, provide guests with Seaside and local information, and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, and friendly manner. Must have knowledge, understanding, and adherence to the Company’s Core Values and Mission Statement. Perform duties as outlined in training. Must have a courteous and pleasant manner and use appropriate phrases and greetings when interacting with guests. Offer assistance to individual needs and requests of all guests. Ensure guests’ needs are responded to in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain guest confidentiality at all times.

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

An attentive and friendly manner
Experience in the hospitality industry is desired
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Ability to convey information clearly.
Must maintain objectivity and composure under pressure
Must be able to ride a bicycle
Hours are 10:30 am to 7 pm
Must work weekends
Starting pay – $19.00 per hour
Benefits available after 90 days
Bonus paid yearly
Full-time year-round position

A background in security, safety, security patrol and traffic management is a plus for this position. This position requires courteous and professional interaction with every guest and team member.

As a parking ambassador and Courtesy Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring positive experiences for visitors by assisting parking facilities and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patrons with parking needs, enforce regulations, and contribute to the overall flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic.

Public Area Housekeeper

Maintenance Technician (Full Time)

Will utilize their skills and knowledge of building maintenance principals and methods. Responsibilities include changing light fixtures, filter changes, maintaining the grounds (including trash pick-up) and common areas. Additional responsibilities may include lock repairs, install/repair window coverings, caulking, appliance repairs, electrical power usage, light plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting and HVAC. The Maintenance Technician will have basic skills in using tools such as electric drills & saws, volt and power drain cleaner (snake), ladders, etc.

Requirements:

Previous maintenance experience in residential, hotel, or school
Passing drivers check, background check and drug screen is required
Appliance Service experience a plus
HVAC experience a plus
