Seaside is a community-inspired, family-friendly, all-people-friendly, all-year-round fun and inviting destination. Its open spaces, pedestrian brick roads, and places of business, were all built with a collective intention so people could walk, move, and gather freely. This was the first New Urbanist town for a reason because, from the beginning, it intended to create a deep sense of community while honoring local ecology.
