Gross Sales Report / Lease SSN

Monthly Gross Sales Report and a copy of the Sales Tax Report you submit to the State of Florida are due no later than the 5th of each month for the prior month’s sales.

    This figure, excluding sales tax, should agree with the Florida Department of Revenue Sales and Use Tax
    Return for gross sales reported.
