Start your day on the courts with Eye-Opener Clinics at the Seaside Athletic Club, a daily morning tennis program designed to energize your routine and elevate your game. Clinics are held every day at 8:00 AM with additional sessions at 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM Monday through Thursday only. These clinics offer focused instruction, skill-building drills, and match-style play in a welcoming, small-group setting.
Led by one of our experienced tennis professionals, Eye-Opener Clinics are perfect for beginners and seasoned players alike who want to improve technique, build confidence, and stay active. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend or playing year-round, this popular morning clinic is a great way to stay connected to the tennis community.
