Senior Strength and Stretch
This low-impact, instructor-led class focuses on building functional strength for everyday activities through safe and effective exercises using light weights, resistance bands, bodyweight movements, and stability training. Participants will work on improving muscle tone, joint mobility, posture, coordination, and fall prevention while exercising in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Each class includes a combination of strength training, balance work, flexibility exercises, and gentle cardiovascular movement to help participants maintain independence, enhance energy levels, and support long-term health.
