Meditative Movement Class

This unique class blends gentle, flowing movements with mindfulness practices to cultivate inner peace and physical relaxation. The focus is on connecting breath with motion, allowing participants to experience a sense of calm and balance while gently stretching and strengthening the body. The exercises are designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and posture while reducing stress and increasing overall body awareness. It’s ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful, low-impact workout that nurtures both body and mind. This class takes place at the SEASIDE® Assembly Hall.

Please note on February 6th and February 13th, class will take place at the Fitness Center.
