Seaside Neighborhood School art students share their talents with The ARC of Walton County. The ARC is a volunteer-based membership organization made up of individuals with intellectual, developmental and other disabilities, their families, friends, interested citizens, and professionals in the disability field. Billie Gaffrey’s art classes have been busy painting several doors for The ARC of Walton County. The doors were once headed for the landfill and are now beautiful pieces of art that will be on display at the ARC.
