Seaside, Fla. – Governor Ron DeSantis has approved reopening short-term rental properties in Walton county. With this news, we want to emphasize that the Seaside Commercial District beach access will remain closed until our reopening date of May 29. With the target date of May 29, Seaside Al Fresco, an open-air market concept, will allow our merchants the ability to queue guests into their stores with limited capacities.
The Seaside Swim & Tennis Club will align with the Commercial District for reopening on May 29. Currently, only Club Members are allowed at the West Pool with limited capacity. Three tennis courts are currently open and available to members only.
We will continue to update our merchants, homeowners, stakeholders and the public regarding the Seaside Commercial District reopening. Please defer all rental questions to your rental management company.
Thank you for making health and safety your priority in these unprecedented times.
