Famed aerial photographer Gray Malin spent some time in Seaside this spring, where he snapped pictures of the town and the surrounding areas.

He’s previously captured pristine beaches from the Italian Riviera to Australia and now, he’s bringing his bird’s eye views to 30A. And despite what some people might think based on the clarity of the shots, there are no drones involved.

Malin has famously collaborated with all of your favorite brands, including with Veuve Clicquot, Supergoop, Sperry Top-Sider, and the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel. He manually takes breathtaking beach pictures around the world.

On Instagram, he shares pictures of beaches in East Hampton and Bora Bora with his more than 440,000 followers.

On his personal page, where he has more than 34,000 followers, he gave a little insight into his Seaside trip. He posted pictures of his helicopter trip, where he perched while masked. He wrote, "Incredible first experience visiting this region of Florida — I loved seeing Seaside, Alys, Rosemary and all the towns that make 30A so special and unique.”

The Los Angeles-based photog also posed with the latest issue of The Seaside Times while clad in a long-sleeve surf shirt from The Seaside Style that he’s been seen wearing ever since on his travels. During his working vacation he collected shells, helicoptered around town, and even found time to get some ice cream.
