When the Coastal Living magazine crew arrived to shoot an Easter Brunch on the beach story, the sunset was gorgeous, but the temperature had dropped down into the 20s. Patience has many virtues, and by Sunday the sun was shining bright and the thermometer read a balmy 68 degrees. What a difference a few days make! Photos courtesy Lynn Nesmith

The crew from Coastal Living included food editor Julia Rutland, deputy design director Tempy Segrest, and assistant lifestyle editor Rachael Burrow.
